Cancellations and Transfers:
Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different event or another individual. Transfer requests must be received seven (7) days prior to the event start date and submitted to [email protected].
Event Cancellation and Program Updates:
Converge Research Group (CRG) reserves the right to cancel the event, substitute speakers, or change session times and/or content. In the unlikely event that CRG should have to cancel an event for any reason, registrants will be refunded the amount paid for registration. However, CRG is not responsible for registrants’ travel or other related expenses.
